Marie Jackson, DMD. Assistant Treasurer
Dr. Jackson is a general dentist practicing in Lafayette, NJ at Lafayette Family Dentistry. She received her B.S. in engineering science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and her dental degree from UMDNJ - New Jersey Dental School. Dr. Jackson also completed advanced training in general dentistry at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. She is a member of the New Jersey Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry in which she is also completing course work to obtain fellowship.
Dr. Jackson is a professional cheerleader for the New Jersey Revolution professional arena football team of Morristown, NJ. She is also a member of the Prancers, the professional dance team of the semi-pro football team of Augusta, NJ the Jersey Stags as well as the official team dentist of the Jersey Stags.

In the early days of AMHE, the vast majority of its members had completed their medical education in Haiti at the L’Hôpital de l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti (HUEH). In an effort to help their homeland, many of those physicians have been going back to volunteer at HUEH, teach residents and send much needed equipments.
